Trevor, thank you for pointing out that we need to all work together to unlock our full potential.
It is surprising though, how you still represent your friends that precipitated this initially by refusing to follow the few rules set up for site preservation.
The movement to not, is most definitely the problem. This problem can only be fixed by action. Not defending or ignoring it. The proof is how these discussions and the owner having to contact individuals directly, finally convinced 4 of the 5 to update their ushpa memberships. This also revealed the insurance issue.
You being their spokesman is the reason you are in an uncomfortable position.
They can't speak for themselves because it is wrong and can't be defended. You are doing their dirty work.
Most members understand the importance of cohesiveness and kindness. It is a small number creating an issue. It is also a small number willing to stand up to the social bullying by those few (I don't blame them)
Your notes that outline how you have been victimized should be addressed to your friends that choose to trespass and break the rules.
You should get a handle on that before representing ushpa for anything. I also suggest you change the header for your messages to be your name. Not representing the club.
