Issue 28: sqlevolve doesn't warn when appname is invalid
http://code.google.com/p/deseb/issues/detail?id=28

New issue report by garthk:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run 'manage.py sqlevolve' giving invalid appname as argument

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be told that the appname is invalid, like 'manage.py
fingerprint' does.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
deseb trunk, r77.
