What does everyone think about tonight's meeting? Is there any
interest in still having it? You Ames folk are the deciding factor
here. If y'all think you still want to attend, let's have the meeting.
Otherwise, if I don't hear a lot of "Yes, we'll be there!" from
people, tonight's meeting is canceled.
The agenda was not decided but was going to be "Eric gives everyone
$500 in cash".

I already had plans to go to the Iowa State V. Iowa Women's basketball game tonight, so I am not planning on coming.

Interesting, that $500 could cover my insurance deductible if I crash on the way. If I can make it there and back safely I just made $500.
Yesterday on my way home from Ames I counted 47 vehicles in the ditch. So I won't cry if the meeting does get postponed. With the end of the semester here I could use a bit more time working on finals anyway.

I think that settles it. Tonight's meeting is canceled because Dillan
is scared ;)
... or we'd rather not have anyone freeze to death in their car. You
can pick the reason that best suits your needs.

I recall talk of doing a holiday get together. My vote is a Des Moines v. Ames snowball fight. Followed by hot cocoa, grub, and foodstuffs. Jim said he would give each person on the winning team a new Octo-core Mac Pro and 30" display. Even though Ames won't win, they at least still get to pelt Jim in the face.

Where the hell was this idea yesterday Dillan?... when my driveway was
filled hip-deep with snowball-making material?
Maybe we should challenge the Ruby group to paintball... Or maybe have
a local "groups paintball challenge", double-elimination style. Or
maybe I'm just avoiding work by coming up with convoluted ways to play
paintball.
