If I upgrade plans to one that backs up data for a longer period, will have access to my videos back that far. Example, if I have the 7 day plan, and want to upgrade to the 30-day plan. Will I have access to the videos from 30 days ago once the plan is active?

Good afternoon!

I completely lost the program from the camera, please tell me what to do in this case?

When turned on, it says nothing, and nothing happens to the camera.

It looks like during the update of the camera program version, the electricity turned off.

Hello, the motion detection works incorrectly. The cam moves in the opposite direction from the object. Please advise if this is a problem of the App or is this a camera problem? Please see the short video:

Hello

I have 2 cameras (BESDER model 6024PW-XMA201 and SMAR model Q-NX2002-W-36). In none of the 2 cameras, I can set the fixed IP with Wi-Fi. The DHCP is unchecked. When I turn off the cameras and turn them on, the IP has changed. On the other hand, it works correctly via cable. Any solution?

And also, the BESDER camera, gives error when connecting to the NVR ONVIF (with onvif checked and port 8899). The SMAR does not give any connection problem.

Inside the ICSee app, I have not seen any place where I can fix it.

I got given an icsee ip camera by a mate (see picture attached). I'm trying to get the camera image to play in vlc on a windows pc but I can't work out the correct rtsp url. I can get the camera image in the icsee app and in an (old) pc browser and in the html code I see:

however this url won't play in vlc. I've tried different combinations but no success.

1) any ideas what the rtsp url would be? I want this as I would like to use the camera in zoneminder if possible.

2) does anyone know the manufacturer and model of this camera? - somewhere I could get proper support on it? I've been trawling google but there's nothing out there really about this camera except the icseeapp. I've attached a screenshot of the info in the icsee app too. I expect it's some cheap chinese thing but I'd like to track down where I could get some support on it if possible. thanks for any help

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Since you've mentioned that you have these cameras working except on the Google Nest display, could you tell us if you're seeing the cameras from the Google Home app? Are they showing offline or any error prompt? Also, let's try to ask your Google Nest display, "OK Google, stream camera on ".

Hi Onedv, I'm afraid to say I've given up on the icsee cameras as my nest hub is stuck in an infinite update loop, and time spent in online chat and phone calls has only gotten me lied to and ignored

I'm sorry for the experience you have had and that your icsee cameras do not work as they should on your Nest Hub, as a next step I recommend you perform a factory reset on your Nest Hub, here I share the link where you can follow the instructions depending on the device that you have.

As much as I would love to help you fix the connectivity issues with your iCSee cameras, the display, and the Google Home App itself, unfortunately, there are just some 3rd party cameras that do not provide full integration or live feed In the Google Home App and the display as well. A limited number of brands offer full integration, meaning you can see the live feed directly within the Google Home App. Currently, the live feed feature is mainly available for Google Nest cameras and some Arlo models.

I have a camera ICSee and I want to build a panel in a web browser to monitoring all of them in different cameras addresses, unfortunately I didn't found any API or guidelines, can you guys help me, can it be any language

Once you have completed these steps, the camera should be connected to the new WiFi network. If you have any issues, make sure that the camera is within range of the WiFi network and that the password is correct.

To change the WiFi on an ICSee camera, you will need to follow a few simple steps. First, you will need to connect the camera to a power source and turn it on. Once the camera is powered on, you will need to download the ICSee app on your smartphone or tablet.
