ESP32 and ZigBee - follow up from this evening's meeting

It looks like the ZigBee stuff has been merged into ESPhome now:

This is the board I picked up that includes BLE and ZigBee (and probably
Matter and/or Thread via newer libraries) - will have to see if it works
with the above., and how much I can do with it. It'll also handle
battery charging and solar, which seemed like handy things for remote
sensors.
