Idea for a Tuesday Evening

I have been reading about a joint project between Craft Activists and Save the Children. It is all part of Save the Children's Race against Hunger Campaign, which is asking the UK Government to prioritise hunger at the G8 next year.

The idea is that people make a piece of jigsaw puzzle which will become one piece in a large puzzle to highlite the issue and also to make us think about things going on in the world.

If time allows they are suggesting we each make 3 pieces, one to be part of the large puzzle, one to keep and the last to send to our local MP.

You do not need to be very good at sewing and it is something that anyone can get involved with. More information can be found here Save the Children
