Meet and Greet

Having someone (ok, me!) manning the door this Tuesday for a "Meet and Greet" seemed to go quite well, so thanks for the support received to keep this going. The rota for the next few weeks has been agreed as follows :

 

April 30th : Andy M

May 7th : Jim

May 14th : Emma

May 21st : Amanda

May 28th : Pam

June 4th : Britta

 

If you're on this rota, please put your date in your diary, and make sure you're at the Silk Mill by 6:45pm on your day to : cover the door and let people in, make sure everyone fills in the fire register, and (most importantly) be available for any new starters.

 

On a separate topic, any money raised from cake/cookie sales is going to be put towards a fund to buy an Overlocker, so funds received will be paid into the DM account but separately identified.

Thanks for taking the lead with this and for keeping track of the money raised for the sewing machine :) I have my shift down in my diary! See you all next week :)

Just a quick reminder of the "Meet and Greet" rota; Amanda tonight, Pam next week (see above).

 

Is there any more cash for the Overlocker fund that needs banking?
