Rails Camp USA is an ​all-inclusive unconference retreat. The idea is to unplug, play outside, and/or come with a project you would like to work on over the weekend. There will be a good mix of people collaborating on projects, giving unconference style talks, and people who just want to enjoy shutting their computer for a few days. There will be a lot of hiking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, standup paddle boarding, and night games (and surprise activity, announcements coming soon!).

 

Despite the name, you definitely don't need to be a Rails developer or designer. Most of the attendees thus far are Ruby on Rails enthusiasts and prominent ruby community members but people come from all different backgrounds and levels in the community!
