Who We Are
BrightNest is a web-based service that delivers engaging
organizational tools, expert recommendations and creative content to
homeowners across the US and Canada. Fresh out of a four-month
accelerator program in Silicon Valley (500 Startups), the team is back
in Denver looking for an additional Rails/JavaScript Developer to help
us rock the homeowner experience.

What We Use
Ruby 1.9.2 and Rails 3.1
HAML/Sass/JQuery/CoffeScript/RSpec
PosgreSQL, Resque/Redis
Git and GitHub
Currently Hosting on Heroku

What We're Looking For
We are a scrappy, agile, and fast moving team. We believe in rapid
iteration based on user feedback. We know that over design can be as
bad under design. You should feel comfortable with this iterative
agile approach to development.
We are looking for someone with experience navigating all areas of a
Ruby on Rails project and a strong affinity towards interactive
JavaScript and modern AJAX design.
Ability to understand and implement RSpec test driven design.

What We Offer
Permanent Full-Time Position
Salary: $75k - $100k
