Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached a draft TOR for an Environmental Rapid Assessment to be undertaken on 12 December. Given the short timeframe, your comments and feedback are sought by COB tomorrow (Thursday, 6 December). Cluster leads: Please distribute to your cluster members.

Also, the Early Recovery Technical Working Group is holding a day long workshop tomorrow on Needs Assessments, with a specific focus on governance, community infrastructure, risk reduction and cross cutting issues (gender, HIV/Aids, vulnerable groups). This planning day is open to all, however due to space constraints you must register your interest with me.
