to deprec - deployment recipes for capistrano

Hey!

Is there any resources for newbies? How should my deploy.rb look like
for deprec. I mean what options can I set?

Also is there any good way to use deprec without sudo? If I use Debian
5 Lenny standard setup, there isn't sudo.
