deprec-2.1.8 updated packages

Hi gang,

It's been a long time since the last gem update. I haven't used it to
install and configure a Rails stack for at least six months. When I
do, it will probably be on Ubuntu 10.04 and involve some changes to
Passenger and REE installation. I'll also want to look into unicorn
for serving rack apps. Also, nginx has some pretty exciting
configuration options (including calling out to redis!)

There are so many exciting toys to play with but when there's work to
do it's best to focus at the task at hand. I work on deprec when I
need it to do something it doesn't. It seems a few other people have
