deprec status

Hey Mike,

I've been using deprec happily for all these years, and I'm about to roll out a major upgrade of my app that uses rails 2.3 & ruby 1.9.3 (rather than rre since that's now dying).  And I'd like to do it on ubuntu 12.04LTS. I don't see much in the way of commits over the last while so I'm wondering what's the current status with deprec dev?  Can it handle this?  I saw a post where you mention deprec 3.0?  Still in the works?
