Multistage Deployment

I've setup nginx and the multistage configurations with capistrano-ext
and deprec, following this:

I already have successfully deployed using deprec a few times. But
I'm not too sure why it's not working with multiple subdomains, I
think it's because I don't have the mongrel clusters configured
correctly. Do you know what may be going on? Here's the deal:

- 2 environments (staging, production)
- capistrano-ext and deprec
- nginx configuration is setup with blocks for subdomains
(www.site.com, and staging.site.com)
- subdomains and domain records are set up properly on slicehost

What do I do with mongrel and the config/cluster.yml file to make this
work, any ideas or resources to look at?

I switched from using mongrel to Phusion Passenger/Apache the year before last.

As a result, nginx/mongrel recipes have not had any attention since then.

I'm loving capistrano multistage and have been using it for a while. Deprec was updated to store configs in the stage directory. (e.g. config/production/nginx)

Sorry I can't be of more help at the moment.
