CPAN Automatic Configuration

Hi,

I use deprec a lot, but recently I had to install a Perl module. On my
servers that hadn't run cpan before, I had to go through manual
configuration and answer a bunch of questions.

I couldn't find any docs to run all of this automatically. Has anybody
set up deprec to set this up? That would be awesome. I just did a
sudo("cpan -i Cache::Memcached::Fast") in my recipe, which worked fine
on servers that had previously set up CPAN, but just hung on ones that
had not yet installed any CPAN modules.
