Delay to first post by new members

Hi all,

to keep the list clean of spam, the first post by new group members is
moderated. All further posts by that person are unmoderated.

This approach keeps the list spam free, but it may delay your first
post reaching the list until I see the notification email and approve
the message.

I have a back log of messages I intend to reply to... so this, I believe, is my first post.
