New Hazelwood park site ripe for depaving

See this recent article in the Daily Journal of COmmerce regarding a
potential new park on a paved over site in the park-deficient Hazelwood
Neighborhood. Apparently "Neighbors in the area, too, feel the urge to
chisel away the hard-caked black tar asphalt and start planting over it."

This sounds like a depave opportunity!
