Hi folks!
Last June I came back home, from the 1-year travel thru Pacific. It's incredible how much time I needed to get back to my routine... but I'm almst there ;)
Recently I got into a Photo Contest in an american website about bikes - ecovelo.info <http://ecovelo.info/> , is worth the visit. The theme was "My endless summer" and I finished as first runner-up with the photo below, that I took at Portland, in the end of Critical Mass during PedalPalooza... wow, this was at the beggining of my travel, which one year was for sure the most intense of my whole life. I learned a lot, saw a lot of places, met a lot of people. You people, to whom I dedicate this award. Thank you very much, it would be impossible to travel so much without you help and companion.
Still about biking, travelling and photos, I'm participating at another photo contest, this one from Alliance for Biking & Walking, an american NGO to promote these modes. Just submitting the photos help them, who might use them - I hope they are serious, my american friends can talk about it.. ;) I'd be glad to have your help voting on my photos, which are listed in my blog (http://ciclonomade.net/world/?p=5), you just have to click on them and vote at the corresponding page. Give 5 stars to the pics which are worth :P But hurry up, the voting ends tomorrow (dec. 31st).
Now I'm back to Florianópolis, to my run my cycle tours with two friends (cycletoursbrazil.com/ <http://cycletoursbrazil.com/> ) and work with my photos, that you can see at Flickr <http://flickr.com/photos/edugreen> . From time to time I go to Sao Paulo, to work and see Tatiana, she's living there.
I wouldn't give too much attention to christmas and new year, but so many people talk about it that I can't avoid. Not agreeing with the consumerism involved, I just wish you all the possible fulfillment, and that you meet people just as god as you are to me. I just dicovered that Santa Claus really exists, but he doesn't ride a sled and the gift he brings is the best - a smile

Peace and happiness to you, hope our paths meet again. Thanks, guys! Hug[e]s from :Dudu
