The Recess App Launches!

Hey guys! 

This has been a long time coming. I moved out to Denver in the summer of 2020 to study Denver's amazing Rec sport environment from Lexington, Ky. In the process I've had an unforgettable journey with unforgettable people. I hope to bring the spirit of Tanglewood Ultimate to every person, on demand for them. Rick, I apologize for not responding to your funding ideas earlier, I'm pretty much running a one man show and sometimes I lose track of things. 

Although we don't have the app coded just yet, we're hoping to gain a following and show investors and the world that there really is a serious demand for what Recess offers. 

Countless competition with any teammate you can imagine, unmatched accessibility and convenience, a way to get paid to ref on your own time, and not to mention the healthy in-person social opportunities. 

Recess has grown a lot since I first started working on it. We have raised nearly $70K and gained YMCA Denver as a loyal partner.

At first I wanted to keep things low key until we had a coded product out of fear of competitors, but now we are coming out blasting and we hope to build a tribe of diehard supporters who are dying to play sports like video games as bad as we are. 

After a year of seeing modest returns ($70K raised) from my angel investor efforts I've finally overcome the fear of someone stealing my IP and have launched a crowdfunding campaign where people can donate as little as 3 dollars towards our app development and read an amazing summary of our story plus videos.

Although we are driving a good amount of traffic to our site via social media ads, it would be so helpful if they saw other people have contributed. It doesn't have to be more than 3 dollars, what is important is that they see multiple people are backing us. We can continually build off that momentum. So if you could, please contribute $3 plus to our crowdfunding campaign and or share our website or social media handles within your network.
