New Layout and Features on MileHighBuzz.com, plus a few updates

Hello Fellow Denver Coffee Fanatics!

After lots of neglect, I have put up a new design on http://www.MileHighBuzz.com
and tried to do some much needed updates. Please drop by and let me
know if anything seems missing or needs to be changed.

After many many requests for information about hours, I have made the
hours spreadsheet more visible, and the form to update the spreadsheet
part of the main navigation. (See the red navigation bar).

Please drop in and add to this resource. If your information changes,
simply publish the new information on the spreadsheet, and I'll delete
the duplicate info.
