Auto Mission

Does anyone know what could cause Auto to stop working? I fly constantly about two or three missions, but it will not fly another after that. After clearing the logs I can go back to flying a mission plan. Could this be a memory issue, and if so, is there a setting to auto delete after a new mission is entered? Thank you
