Hope you had a great winter break!  I just wanted to check in with you to see if you would help promote the Spring Break Take Flight opportunities.  We have a record number of companies (49) that will be hosting our students.  17 of them are new host sites!   We are also allowing students to do a second shadow day with Brinker International.  Brinker has invited 50 of our students to come on Tuesday, March 12 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. to learn about opportunities within the hospitality industry and participate in hands-on learning experiences.  They will be using our students as a focus group to try out new menu items served at Chili’s and Maggiano’s Little Italy!
