So, the city has been working on the ordinance since 2010 and they just realized this is a problem? The people living at South Bonnie Brae and the Vintage neighborhood have to suffer because of the legal dept. city council, mayor, and gas well administrators are ineptitude?
This gives new meaning to the "sacrifice zone".
