The software is a great idea! However, there is not much room to edit text type/color/size and I am not able to sort nodes individually... are these features not available yet? And how do I get the figure in HD?

Sorting nodes individually is done through a vector art program like Adobe Illustrator, that's also what is suggested on the website. These graphs can be seen as bare frameworks of work (although many just use them as they are,) so you can refine them further in such apps.
