De Novo Gui Updates

Hi,

Recently when running de novo gui (or peptide shaker and search gui) application doesnt ask to upgrade the software.  In addition when trying to download the executables the site http://genesis.ugent.be/maven2/com/compomics/denovogui/DeNovoGUI/1.10.1/DeNovoGUI-1.10.1-windows.zip tmes out.

We have some issues with the genesis server. We're resolving these right now (and are putting in place a good backup server for the future).
