Error using CLI

Hi all,

I dont know if any of you have seen this error using the CLI?

Error: Could not find or load main class com.compomics.denovogui.cmd.DeNovoCLI

if so and know how to help please let me know... I am using DeNovo 1.10.4

Hi Nyari,

What is the command line you are trying to run?

The following command line works fine for me (simply prints all the supported parameters): java -cp DeNovoGUI-1.10.4.jar com.compomics.denovogui.cmd.DeNovoCLI.
