Command line result export

Hi Guys

Is there any command line way to export a fasta of the sequences per spectrum for DeNovoGUI as is possible in the GUI? I would like to incorporate this tool in a commandline pipeline.

Hi Tys,

This is work in progress and we hope for a release by the end of the year. I can keep you posted and send you beta versions as soon as available :-) 

Please note that the mapping to a fasta file is only provided as beta version, and that we only map the results, we don't evaluate the quality of the peptide mapped using additional likelihood scores. As said, work in progress ;-)
