Where are the individual results for each algorithm stored? I would like to load them in PS

Hi,

I am running 1.10.1 and would like to find the output from each engine. Also is it possible to save the project instead of closing de novo gui each time?

Hi DD,

No worries :) These are indeed in the output folder. You can directly open the results in the interface so don't need to re-run the algorithms. We are working towards simplifying the functioning and uniformizing it with SearchGUI and PeptideShaker. Will take some time though!
