HOWTO prevent iphone screen dimming (battery icon yellow background)

Does your screen annoyingly go dim after a small amount of time?  Your phone may be in low power mode indicated by the upper right little battery icon having a yellow background. In this case you need to turn off low power mode.

Turn off low power mode to prevent iphone screen from dimming all the time

Add low power mode button to Control Center:

Settings > Control Center > + Low power mode

That adds a button to the control panel thing that you can see when you swipe up from bottom of screen.  Press that button to turn on/off low power mode.
