Conversion between DendroPy and ETE3

Hi,

I noticed that in the DendroPy interop module, an ete.py script is written for conversion between the two packages, but some details have not been implemented yet. For example, the as_newick_string() method of Tree object in DendroPy is still empty. It would be helpful to complete this so that manipulated trees from DendroPy can be visualized in a better way natively in Python.
