Hello everyone,
I am a new user of Dendropy, especially bioinformatics computation. i have to summary the phylogenetics tree using Sumtrees but i don't know why my Sumtrees can not open in my Windows (i've installed python 3.9). So, every time i type '>sumtrees.py' it just open new window and closed automatically without any error information. anyone can help me?
