Problem arising of executing demo file on windows 2000

Hello All
I am using DemoShield 6.0. I am facing a problem of executing a demo
"exe" file on Windows 2000 server. Every time when I execute the demo
"exe" file it run smoothly but when I close the demo it do not free
all the occupied system resources and the CPU usage still remains on
90 - 95 %. I want to know what is the problem either it is a version
compatibility issue of DemoShield 6.0 with Windows 2000 server or any
other issue and what is the possible solution for this.
