How about some instructions on how to install this puppy...

I downloaded it but I can't find where it tells me what to do with it...
Should I install it in the default directory or should I write over the old
one or what? Do I need to uninstall 6.70 or is this a patch?

If installing the "full version" you will need to uninstall the previous
version.

InstallShield, you all left the "warning flag" that barks if your windows
installer is out of date, I suggest hiding this warning.
