I agree that if a peson wants to protect their intellectual copyright they
should be able to.

However, I feel that the correct forum for this type of thing is NOT in a
retail package, but rather in a central web location (perhaps as a page on
the Installshield website).

I learnt the basics of using the product by examining the supplied
templates, and found that a great way to get started.

If the company wants to supply samples with the product, they should NOT be
password protected - otherwise, what's the point??

I've seen enough retail packages of this product to be impressed with its
capabilities - I don't need to be impressed any more! I want to know more
techniques and alternatives, not to be teased with possibilities that I
can't examine!
