Greetings ,
My company just bought DS6.5 and plans to market demos and presales CD's to
local businesses , for profit . Are we inviolation of our licence agreement
by doing this ? Do we need a seperate licence for each client ?

As long as you're not distributing the actual DemoShield product to these
clients
you are not in violation of the license agreement. You are allowed to
distribute demos
you've created as well as the DemoShield Player files. (DEMO32.EXE and
DS32.DLL)
