This may seem like a stupid question but is it possible to tell Communigate to ignore the Mail From header when receiving e-mails that are from the same domain?
A change has been made in an online system that adds a “Bounce Address Tag Validation” (BAVT) tag at the start of the sender address which is the Mail From header.
As the sender is from our domain and is sending to the same address on our domain Communigate checks the Mail From header, sees that the sender address does not match any address on our domain (it has the prvs=xxxxxxxx added to the start of the e-mail address) and rejects it.
Thanks & Regards
Paul
