In WebAdmin -> Users -> Directory integration --- have you configured
any custom settings or enabled copying all of account settings into the
directory?

Because only in this case the server tries to update an account record
in the directory and apparently some custom setting is not mapped to any
valid LDAP attribute (or directory schema is not extended to support
that attribute).
