Anyone have Outlook 2003 post-Service Pack 1 Hotfix Package?

I am looking for the hotfix patch described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885243/

Dell wants cash to speak to me (I can get all the hardware support I
need) and MS won't let me email as I am not in the country the Office
package was installed in.

IT would seem like a simple thing to get.
