My log files are getting pretty large (> 3M per day). I've seen in the logs
that every POP connect and disconnect is logged, even though in the General
settings I have specified to only log 'Problems'. With that setting, should
I be seeing POP connects/disconnects logged?

SETTINGS->RPOP and SETTINGS->Access->Serving POP Clients.
In CGPro each module has its own settings for logging level.
