Yes, I can access the WebAdmin interface page.

I've see and follow the instruction there.

The result is: I can sent & receive mail using normal email client(outlook
express, netscape); just can't open the webmail page.

I've set "webmail.jacelle.com" as the alias of the domain "jacelle.com".
What else missing?

I can access your front page just fine using any of these URLs:

http://jacelle.com:8100/
http://webmail.jacelle.com:8100/

Depending on your browser:

http://webmail.jacelle.com:8000

You will need the http:// if you are using IE on a port other than 80.
Netscape can figure out that it's http on it's own, but still needs the port
number if not at 80.
