I sure think it would be neat to have a window of the CGP log that updated in realtime or near that. Anyone got something will run on W2K/IIS? Or idears...

Use one of these 'tail' utilities for windows :

Under unix I just use 'tail -f logfile'

In the admin web interface, while on the particular log's page, just
enter 23:59:59 into the second field for Interval.

Thanks for the suggestions... I tried Tail for Win32 which works great
on the IIS and other log files but gives a "PANIC: Could not
CreateFile!" error for the CGP log... anyone got any tail for Win to
work?

I agree!

I am working on a syslog program with real-time monitoring (via telnet) to use with my NASs.  It would work great with CGP if only CGP had syslog output support!

Don't know if this helps or not, but, there is a Perl
module that will allow you to use the tail command.
(File::Tail). I was using it to monitor the logs for
incoming SMTP connections.
