Hi !
My company is registering a new name using the ".com"
suffix.
I would like something like this to ease the transition :
john....@bidule.be is the current mailbox;
I would like john....@bidule.com to be an alias to
john....@bidule.be.
My dream-come-true feature would be to say to the domain
"bidule.com" to be an alias of the "bidule.be" domain.
I suppose that's a fairly common request but I can't find
any direct answer in the manual, nor in the mailing list
(wrong keywords ?).
I know I could recreate every account in "bidule.com" and
redirect the mails to the corresponding account in
"bidule.be"; but it looks more like a workaround than a
solution to me.
What would be the proper way to do this ?
Thanks a lot,

Eric.

So what is the problem?

WebAdmin -> Domains -> bidule.be -> Domain Settings -- add bidule.com to the
Aliases section and hit update.

Hi Eric,

you just have to go to you AdminPage at
Domains > bidule.be > Domain Settings (look at the top of the page) >
and then scroll down to Aliases
Here you can enter the alias-name bidule.com and any further.

Under Settings, General, Router add the following entry.

bidule.com=bidule.be

john....@bidule.com should automatically go to john....@bidule.be
