Could someone please post the Type Number or better still the
Maplin part number for the Clock battery used on an A4000?
I have misplaced the note I made last time it was posted.

Thanks,

I was hoping to get the battery before disturbing my Amiga, IIRC,
the battery is on the motherboard, which means dismantling
everything to do the de-soldering.

Give Ramjam a call, http://www.ramjam.u-net.com. They can supply
replacement batteries.

I shall look into them, I have the battery details for my Amiga
now:-

Varta 3/V60RT
3.6V 40mAh
14h 4ma

Looking again in the Maplin catalogue I find they have stopped
stocking NiCads in favour of the NiMh (Nickle Metal Hydrite)
versions. I shall see my local computer repairer first.
