I ordered the Demon Internet Suite at the beginning of the month and the
guy said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. It still hasn't and yet the
money has been removed off my VISA card by the look of the statement I
can get over the net.
So Demon where is it?

Don't worry, you're not missing much.
My copy arrived within the stated "about 7 days", but the CD is scratched, the
info. that comes with it is out-of-date and the set-up manual doesn't know
what it is talking about.
It is also still being shipped with "Turnpike v3.x" and not v.4. According to
some supervisor bod at so-called "Customer Services" Demon aren't selling
version 4 yet. Anyway, I got a free upgrade to version 4 with Demon
Dispatches before Christmas, so what was I complaining about? (See separate
thread)

Oh well I managed to get through in the end - apparently it was sommat
to do with the change in where the orders are handled from? At a guess
it is moved up North :-)
Anyway apparently it will be on its way and they gave me a site-id to be
getting on with so I can at least download it. Now that is all I wanted
in the first place!
Me.
What! You have to pay for outdated software and the books that go with it.
James I'm surprised at you ;-)

But I like it so neeerrrrr. Anyway it puts less load on the old PII chip
so I can multitask with a proper OS and Not Win 9x.

What are you on Ian? I know what it is you have not got enough work to

For those who have no heard it....
There was a young virgin called Ian from Troon
Who took a young girl back to his room
She lay on the bed
And he calmly said
"Who does what and to whom?"
:-)
as as for you - you left Plonkeytel for BTInternet and then came back!
