For an even better improvement how about free Internet access like all

Do you mean flat rate Internet access, or subscription free? If you mean the
former, elaborate on 'like all the rest are now going to'. At last look the
vast majority hadn't. Have you really asked every one? As far as flat rate
access is concerned, refer to ...

If you meant the latter, why don't you just go to one of "the rest". There
are plenty of subscription free providers around, at least until the
kickback call revenue stops and they fold or charge flat rate.
