Sir,

I have not been able to use broadband whilst the phone is connected. This is
the second e-mail I have sent the first has been ignored. I have been trying
to get advice from Demon for over a two weeks. When I finally spoke to an
adviser during the weekend I had little to no success. It was either I had
the wrong number or there was some other problem.
Most of the times I tried to call demon I was informed that I would have an
hour's wait; this happened on several occasions. When I did finally get
through I was told that Demon would get BT to check the line and could I
call back in 30 minutes. When I called back I was then informed by the
message that I would have to wait for up to an hour to speak to someone.
This went on for a week trying to get an adviser. Over all this is the worst
I have seen this service and this is not in agreement with the contract.
Without costing a fortune in time and phone calls I want to know why my line
is dropping; I have had demon broad band for over a year so why has it
started now.
