Does anyone know how to get a log out of a BT Speedway ISDN PCI card
running under Windows XP Pro and Home Highway?

XP Help says "Open Phone and Modem Options in Control Panel.
On the Modems tab, click the modem whose commands you want to log.
Click Properties, and then click the Diagnostics tab."

However there IS no Diagnostics tab!

The driver was chosen by XP, not me, and appears to be "modem.sys".

My problem is that after many months of fault-free receipt of emails,
about 10 days ago the system started to sometimes "go to sleep" during
the receipt of large (eg 2Mb) emails. The symptoms are that the flow of
data ceases; no errors are produced; eventually the ISP times me out, or
I get bored; waiting say 2 minutes does not produce a restart; I have to
exit all programs and try again, which isn't always successful. When the
emails do arrive they are perfectly OK and uncorrupted.
