Recently we were upgraded to 8Mb service. Followed all the settling in
instructions etc. No improvement noticed. Under instuctions from Demon
support did 6 downloads of a file from ftp and sent the results to
support. They averaged out at 841kbps. This seems very poor to me but
demon are unconcerned saying they will only report a fault to BT if the
speed is below 400kbps. Should I be satisfied with this response?
