Proxy requests eating up my bandwidth

Hello,

I have a broadband connection to Demon and I have installed an Apache
Server.
While experimenting, I set "ProxyRequests On". Not long afterwards I
discovered that my bandwidth was being eaten up and the server access log
was exploding. Yes I was being used as a proxy server! (Learn from my
mistake)
My server was easily reconfigured BUT I am still getting loads of
(unsuccessful) hits using up my bandwidth. I assume I am on proxy lists. Is
there anything I can now do?
