Dear all,
I want to be able to look at the hard drives of my work PC from my laptop at
home. We have a static IP address, that seems to be essential for doing
this. What I don't know is whether I have to FTP, or to PING. Even then I
don't know which software to use, where to use the IP, and where to use the
name of the shared hard drive. If I can see the shared hard drive of a PC
that is on a network does that then give my access to all the other shared
drives on that PC?
